Kelley McGee joined News
Channel 10 as an anchor and reporter in 1996.
Prior to moving to the Rhode Island, she spent several years
anchoring and reporting for WWLP, the NBC affiliate in Springfield,
Mass. Her broadcasting career began in her hometown in the early
1990s, anchoring and reporting for WGMC in Worcester, Mass. She has
also worked in radio and television on Cape Cod.
While at WJAR, Kelley's reporting has garnered her three
consecutive Emmy nominations. Other honors include Pioneer Valley
Awards for breaking news coverage and news series. She was voted
"best reporter" by readers' polls in Worcester Magazine.
Throughout her career, Kelley has been committed to numerous
charities and community issues. Kelley attended Worcester State
College and Boston University.
In her spare time she enjoys exploring the region, attempting
to play golf, and cheering on New England teams!
